AZ Tie Downs, LLC provides mobile home services including, but not limited to:

tie-down installations, engineering certifications, and mobile home leveling. Our services are offered throughout the state of Arizona.

2. Service Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments may be scheduled by phone, through our website(s), or by direct contact with one of our representatives.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid fees.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. 

3. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed or an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed.
• If there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us directly, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue. 

4. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling a service, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and service needs.
• Ensure the site is accessible and safe for our team to perform the work.
• Notify us promptly of any hazards or special considerations prior to service. 

5. Limitation of Liability

Az Tie Downs, LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions at the property.
• Delays or complications due to weather, inaccessible property, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
• Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our
  services. 

6. Privacy

We collect basic contact information (name, phone number, email, address) to schedule and perform services. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except as necessary to complete requested services or comply with legal obligations.

 

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website(s). Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
